- Available once per email address and once per device
- Cancellation during trial period incurs no charges
- No commitment required to explore all features

- Full feature access for 7 days
- Subscription activation: payment processing initiates paid service
- Trial expiration without subscription results in no charges
2. Subscription Information
Pricing Structure:
- Monthly subscription: $3.99 USD per month
- Billing schedule: Same date each month from when you first subscribe
- Payment processing: Securely handled through Square
- Renewal policy: Automatic continuation unless cancelled
- Tax compliance: Applicable taxes included where required
3. Cancellation Process
Subscription Cancellation
- Cancel through PeaceBreak application settings
- No cancellation fees or penalties
- Service access continues until current billing period ends
- Cancellation effective at next renewal date
- Subscription reactivation available at any time
- Account data retained until you delete your account

4. When Refunds Are Available
We Provide Full Refunds For (When Requested):
- Technical issues: App problems preventing normal use for more than 7 days
- Extended outages: Service interruptions lasting more than 48 hours
- Duplicate charges: Multiple charges for the same billing period due to system errors
- Processing errors: Payment system errors resulting in incorrect charges
- Data issues: Loss of user data due to our technical problems
- Feature removals: Significant features removed without reasonable notice
Important: Refunds are not automatic - you must contact us to request a refund for any of the above situations.
Refund scope: Refunds cover the current monthly billing period only ($3.99 maximum per refund).
Refund requirements:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the issue occurring
- You must provide sufficient evidence such as screenshots, screen recordings, or detailed error descriptions
- Historical issues from previous billing periods are not eligible for refund
- Important: Refunds do not automatically cancel your subscription - you must cancel separately if desired

- Subscription changes after your trial period are final
- Monthly subscriptions are not pro-rated for partial use

- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds
