This Privacy Policy explains how Thamizhi Studios ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use Floaty Stress Toys, package name com.thamizhistudios.floatystresstoys.

1. Information We Collect

Floaty Stress Toys does not require registration or a user account, and Thamizhi Studios does not collect personal information through the app.

The app does not request or collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, files, microphone recordings, camera content, advertising identifier, or the content displayed by other apps.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The app stores limited settings locally on your Android device so your preferences can persist. These may include:

selected toys, styles, and visual settings;
sound, Floaty volume, and haptic preferences;
overlay size, position, opacity, and related interface preferences; and
a local cache of purchase entitlement status provided by Google Play.

This local app data is not uploaded to Thamizhi Studios servers. Android may remove it when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app, subject to Android and Google Play behavior.

3. Google Play Billing and Purchases

Floaty Stress Toys offers an optional one-time Google Play purchase, full_unlock, for permanent full access.

Purchases are processed by Google Play. Thamizhi Studios does not receive or store your payment card number or other payment credentials. The app receives purchase and entitlement information from Google Play so it can unlock or restore purchased access.

Google may process account, transaction, device, security, and diagnostic information as part of Google Play distribution and billing. That processing is governed by Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.

4. Floating Overlay Permission

Floaty mode uses Android's Display over other apps capability so an interactive stress toy can remain visible while you use another app.

The overlay permission is used only to draw and operate Floaty Stress Toys on top of other apps. Floaty Stress Toys does not use this permission to read, record, capture, transmit, or analyze the content of the apps underneath the overlay.

5. Foreground Service

When you start Floaty mode, Android may run a foreground service so the user-requested floating toy can remain available and interactive while you switch between apps. The service stops when Floaty mode is closed according to the app's controls and Android lifecycle behavior.

6. Haptics and Motion Sensors

The app can use device vibration for haptic feedback. Where a toy uses available motion-sensor input, that information is processed on the device for the interactive effect and is not transmitted to Thamizhi Studios.

7. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Floaty Stress Toys does not currently include third-party advertising, behavioral advertising, or analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal data and do not use the app to track users across other companies' apps or websites.

8. App Updates and Google Play Services

The app may use Google Play services to check for and present eligible app updates. Google Play may process technical information necessary to provide those platform services under Google's own policies.

9. Children and Personal Information

Because Floaty Stress Toys does not require an account and Thamizhi Studios does not collect personal information through the app, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Floaty Stress Toys. Users should follow the age and family requirements that apply to their Google Play account and region.

10. Data Security and Retention

There is no Thamizhi Studios server-side user profile or personal-data database for Floaty Stress Toys. Local settings remain on the device until changed, cleared, or removed by the user or Android. Purchase records and related retention are handled by Google Play under Google's policies and legal obligations.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
